Itinerary:
Day 1:
Arrival to Istanbul. After a short
Istanbul sightseeing tour , we will
drive to Kutahya via Kocaeli, Sakarya ,
Bilecik. On the way to Kutahya we will
have a break for lunch at a local
restaurant. After check in at hotel we
will have some free time till dinner to
enjoy the thermal facilities of the
hotel. Dinner and overnight in Kutahya.
Day 2:
After breakfast at hotel, we will start
to discover Kutahya. Our first stop will
be Cavdarhisar to visit the ruins of the
ancient city of Aizanoi scattered in the
village: the Temple of Zeus, the
Macellum (market square), the colonnaded
street… Then we will continue to Kütahya,
a picturesque old city and a renowned
centre for ceramics since the 16th
century. Lunch at a local restaurant at
the city centre of Kutahya. In the
afternoon we will drive back to hotel
and have free time till dinner. Dinner
and overnight in Kutahya.
Day 3:
After breakfast, check out from hotel
and drive to Denizli. We will continue
to drive after having a short break for
lunch on our way. Check in at hotel then
we will have free time till dinner again
to enjoy the thermal facilities of
hotel. Dinner at hotel and overnight in
Denizli.
Day 4:
After breakfast check out from hotel and
drive to Antalya via Pamukkale.
Pamukkale is unique and famous with its
white travertine terraces. The source
rich in minerals has a healing power
which is very early been discovered. A
city, called Hierapolis has been founded
as part of the Pergamon Kingdom. The
site is known because of its acropolis;
ancient cemetery. Lunch will be served
at a local restaurant. After the tour we
will continue to drive to Antalya.
Dinner will be served at hotel.
Overnight in Antalya.
Day 5:
After breakfast, today we will discover
Antalya. Because of the archaeological
and natural riches of the area, Antalya
is also known as Turkish Riviera. The
sun, sea, nature and history combine to
form a very popular resort, highlighted
by some of the cleanest beaches in the
Mediterranean. The 630km shoreline of
the province is liberally scattered with
ancient cities, harbours, memorial tombs
and beaches, secluded coves and lush
forests, many of which are easily
accessible from the city. We will start
the day with sightseeing tour of
Antalya. After lunch at a local
restaurant, in the afternoon we will
visit the remnants of the ancient city
of Perge. Perge is an important city for
Christians due to the fact that St. Paul
and Barnabas visited the city.
Subsequently we will visit the best
preserved Roman Theater of Aspendos
which is still in use today. Dinner and
overnight in Antalya.
Day 6:
Today we will be free to enjoy the
facilities of the hotel or continue to
discover Antalya. Breakfast and dinner
will be served at hotel. Overnight in
Antalya.
Day 7:
After breakfast check out from hotel and
transfer to Antalya International
Airport for flight back to Istanbul.
After having lunch at a local
restaurant, we will have a boat trip on
Bosphorus, through the waterway
separating the two continents Asia and
Europe for nearly 1 – 1,5 hours.
Afterwards we will continue the day with
visiting big shopping centers where we
can find shopping possibility.
Dinner will be at a local restaurant.
Overnight in Istanbul.
Day 8:
After breakfast, check out from hotel.
Today we will start the day with the
tour of “Old City”. First visit of
Hippodrome, centre of sportive events
and political activities of the old
city. Subsequently visit of St. Sophia
which is one of the world’s
architectural masterpieces and Topkapi
Palace with treasury section. Hereafter
visit of Blue Mosque, unique with 6
minarets and is built for Sultan Ahmet.
After lunch at a local restaurant our
last stop will be Dolmabahce Palace on
Bosphorus line. Subsequently we will
visit St. Sofia and Grand Bazaar, there
with more than 4000 shops. Finally
transfer to airport for flight back to
home country.
